I am introducing a new tiered pricing policy. By offering my services in this format, I want to become more accessible to people from a greater range of financial positions.*
Equity: People come from different experiences and circumstances regarding money. I want to acknowledge that one’s financial position does not necessarily directly translate into deservingness for support or potential for growth
Trust: While I do not ask for proof of income, I ask you to thoughtfully and honestly select your pricing Tier by choosing the option that best fits your financial reality. I expect individuals who can pay more, without causing themselves financial difficulty, will pay more.
Reciprocity: I believe I can make my services available to a broader array of people, while also operating a healthy business.
Community: If your financial circumstances change, we can discuss revisiting your Tier selection.
*At times, a limited number of substantially reduced-rate spots may be available.
It is important to me to receive coaching, yet the Tier 2 rate would pose a financial difficulty for me and challenge my ability to address basic needs (e.g., housing, utilities, food, medical needs, etc.).
I can afford this expense without limiting my ability to meet basic needs. I consider coaching an achievable investment in myself when I choose how to spend my discretionary resources.
